Delivery
Goods are delivered by Parceline Courier or Royal Mail and will require a signature on receipt. If delivery has to be attempted more than twice due to the recipient not being in to receive the goods, a second delivery charge may be made. Furthermore, a second delivery charge may be incurred if the recipient requires a delivery to be redirected.

On-Line Schools Delivery.

We are now able to offer FREE delivery on the following days for our online schools. Bridgwater Area delivery day will be on Mondays and Taunton Area will be Tuesdays. In you would like your parcel left in a specific place on your property or with a neighbour please leave clear instructions on your order form. It would be helpful if you could also leave these details at your property. If delivery is required more urgently our normal charges will apply . This would be standard Royal Mail for smaller deliveries and courier rates for larger parcels.Customers are welcome to collect their orders our opening times are 9-5pm Monday- Thursday 9-4pm on Fridays. 

The delivery charge amount will be shown separately at the checkout and VAT added. Our delivery charges are £4.95 incuding VAT. All orders over £150 attract free delivery.

There are occasions where the demand on certain products outstrips supply and in these cases delivery may be up to 10 working days. If this problem arises, Jual will contact you to update you on the progress of your order. For embroidered and printed items, please allow up-to 14 working days. You will be required to sign to acknowledge receipt of your order when it is delivered.

Product Guarantee
In the unlikely event that you experience any problems with any product supplied by Jual, you should contact us within 7 working days. You can return any item of clothing for exchange or refund provided it is unused and returned in its original condition and packaging within 7 working days and you have the Packing List documentation. This returns policy does not apply to altered, personalised or custom-made garments. We are unable to refund carriage charges.


Cancellation of Order
You may return carriage paid any product to us within 7 days of receipt for a refund less original delivery cost providing it is unused and with its original packaging and providing our original invoice has been paid.

To return items to us, please contact us for a Returns Form.

Jual cannot accept the return of any product or garment that has been embroidered or printed with a logo or personalised in any other way. We also cannot accept the return of any swimwear or underwear, whether worn or not.

Refunds on an order will be issued as soon as possible. You should allow up-to 14 working days before the refund appears on your card statement. Please allow extra time for certain busy periods during the year.
