Embroidery

A high quality and durable way of producing your company design directly stitching into the garment. State of the art embroidery machines convert your company logo or text styles. This method is normally used for standard left breast design, however larger embroidery is extremely effective when used on the correct garment.

Screen-Printing

This system is best used for garments when either a large design is required. We are able to produce your logos or artwork in either one or multiple colours. It is the most cost effective form of branding when quantities are involved. In order for us to provide an accurate quotation please forward for logo or design to sales@jual.co.uk

• Minimum quantity 24 Garments for 1-3 colour prints
• 50+ garments for 3+ colours
• Artwork set-up charges £25.00 +vatper colour per Screen
• Application charges Single colour Print £1.25 + vat.
• Additional colours charged at 50p +vat

Heat Transfer Printing/logo transfers

If you have a large design or perhaps waterproof garments, heat transfer printing is the best option. We are able to convert basic text and logos via this system please forward your logo or text to sales@jual.co.uk for a FREE quotation. This personalisation method is great for large area prints, waterproof garments and where individual naming or numbers are required.

Heatseal logo transfers - This branding option is used when clarity cannot be achieved via other methods. Your logo is produced and heatsealed into the garment.

Tax Tabbing

This system is used when a large number of garments require subtle branding. We are able to product your own woven or pvc labels and stitch them into your garments discussing with you the options for positions. Tabing is used widely on garments where other methods of branding are too large or clarity cannot be obtained. This is an extremely cost effective method of corporate branding for large companies.
